Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ROSTR+ ("the Platform"), operated by Beyond Concierge Events Co. LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

ROSTR+ is a booking platform that connects event promoters with performing artists across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The Platform facilitates discovery, booking requests, contract management, messaging, and payment tracking between parties.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each user may register as either a "Promoter" or an "Artist." The Company reserves the right to verify user identities and roles.

4. Booking Process

• Promoters submit booking requests through the Platform. Artists may accept or decline requests at their discretion.
• A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between the Promoter and the Artist, subject to the terms of any performance contract generated through the Platform.
• The Platform facilitates communication and documentation but is not a party to the performance agreement.

5. Fees and Payments

• The Platform charges a 5% service fee on each confirmed booking, payable by the Promoter.
• All fees are displayed in the local currency (AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR) as selected during booking.
• Payments between Promoters and Artists are facilitated via bank transfer. The Platform provides tracking but does not hold funds in escrow.
• The Company is not responsible for payment disputes between Promoters and Artists.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date: full refund of any deposits paid.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 50% of the agreed fee is payable.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: full fee is payable.
• Artist-initiated cancellations: the Artist forfeits their fee and may be subject to account review.

7. Contracts

Performance contracts generated through the Platform are agreements between the Promoter and the Artist. The Company provides templates and digital signature functionality but does not guarantee enforceability. Users are advised to seek independent legal counsel for high-value engagements.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in profiles or bookings.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid service fees after initial contact is made through ROSTR+.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Beyond Concierge Events Co. LLC. Users retain ownership of content they upload (photos, bios, media) but grant the Company a non-exclusive license to display such content on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: event cancellations, non-performance by artists, payment disputes, or technical interruptions.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time by contacting hi@rosterplus.io.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
